Terms of Service & Refund Policy

These terms govern your use of ainewground (ainewground.com) and its courses section (/courses/), operated by Abover Co., Ltd. (Representative: Hogeol Lim). Effective October 19, 2026.

1. Operator & Contact

  • ainewground is operated by Abover Co., Ltd. Company details are listed under "Company information" in the footer.
  • For support, billing, or refund inquiries, email hello@ainewground.com.
  • How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.

2. Articles, Market Maps & Free Content

  • Anyone may read our articles (ANG⁺ Briefings and Editor's notes), market maps (/maps/), and free interactive labs without creating an account.
  • You are free to link to our pages or quote short excerpts with clear attribution (ainewground and the page URL).
  • Republishing, redistributing, or reselling full articles, market map datasets, course videos, or downloadable starter kits requires prior written permission.
  • All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or medical advice.

3. Paid Courses, "Lifetime Access" & Subscriptions

1. Individual Course Purchase ("Lifetime Access"): Purchasing an individual course grants you the right to access that course for as long as we operate it. If we must discontinue hosting a course for substantial operational or technical reasons, we will notify all purchasers by email at least 6 months in advance and provide downloadable copies of the course videos and materials for personal use. 2. Scope of Access: Individual course access covers the purchased course and its revisions, and does not include separate future courses. 3. Digital Starter Packs (L2-Lite): Downloadable prompt harnesses, code templates, and PDF guidebooks are available immediately upon purchase for personal and internal business use. 4. Subscriptions (L3) & 12-Month Ownership Conversion: An active subscription grants access to all courses published during your subscription period. If you maintain an active subscription for 12 consecutive months (one annual billing cycle or 12 consecutive monthly payments), all courses published during those 12 months are converted to permanent ownership under Clauses 3.1–3.2. If you upgrade from an individual course to an annual subscription within 30 days of purchase, the amount paid for the individual course is credited toward the annual plan.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

1. Individual VOD Courses (L2-Pro):

  • You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have watched 3 or fewer paid lessons (excluding free preview lessons) and have not downloaded the course resource archive (ZIP/PDF).
  • Refunds are not available once more than 3 paid lessons have been accessed, course resource archives have been downloaded, or 7 days have passed since purchase.
  • If the course materially differs from its description on the product page, you may request a refund within 3 months of delivery or within 30 days of discovering the discrepancy.

2. Download-Only Digital Packs (L2-Lite):

  • Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase prior to downloading or opening the digital files. Once file download has begun, refunds are not available.

3. Monthly Subscriptions:

  • You may cancel anytime from your subscription settings or by emailing hello@ainewground.com. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • A full refund is available within 7 days of billing if no paid course lessons or downloads have been accessed.

4. Annual Subscriptions:

  • A full refund is available within 7 days of billing if no paid course lessons or downloads have been accessed.
  • Otherwise, you may cancel anytime and receive 90% of the remaining balance after deducting the months used at the standard monthly subscription rate (no 10% early termination fee applies if canceled within 7 days of purchase).

5. Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.

5. Renewals & Price Changes

  • For annual subscriptions, we send a renewal reminder email 20 to 50 days before expiration stating the renewal date, amount, and how to cancel.
  • If we increase subscription prices, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance and request your explicit consent. Without your consent, your subscription will end at the close of the current billing period without auto-renewing at the higher price.
